We're sharing all the tips and tricks that we've mastered over the years that make gardening in North Texas a breeze. Plus, we're offering one-on-one coaching sessions, planting plans, turnkey designs, installation support, and everything you need to have your own gorgeous kitchen garden that's easy to maintain and blows everyone's socks off. Flu Baby's Garden started with a single mission --- to redefine what it means to be a gardener and ignite a firestorm of passion about it.
Founded by Melisa Johnson, her inspiration came from observing how many people get stuck in what she refers to as the Garden Trap and want to throw in the towel. There are people itching to start a garden, but get lost in all the overcomplicated info that is out there.
That's why she took her grandmother's absolute brilliance in the garden and began coaching and designing gardens for friends, neighbors, and anyone who said they wanted to garden. The business carries her grandmother's nickname and Melisa's knack for inspiring people to get outside.
The goal? To rally a gang of folks who want to garden, throw all the douchy, overcomplicated gardening jargon to the wind and redefine what it means to be a modern-day gardener.
